We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of Arabian Hostels.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hostel, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of hostel operations.
Manage all aspects of hostel operations, including staff management, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Hire, train, and supervise hostel staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operation.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hostel.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and special events to attract guests and drive occupancy.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track hostel performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to continuously enhance the hostel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in Saudi Arabia.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalents, ERP and property management software.
Fluency in Arabic and English, more languages are preferable.
