Job Type: Full-time
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.
Onboard new hires and ensure their integration into the team.
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
Develop programs to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs.
Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience building and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Experience working in the hospitality/ accommodation industry.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Experience developing HR strategies for all work environments (On-site, remote, hybrid).
Experience with HR technology and information systems including online work environments & ERPs.
